QRV+ Rewards
Program Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern participation in QRV+ Rewards (the “Program”), the guest loyalty program offered by QRV Holdco, LLC (“QRV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in, accessing, or using the Program, you (“you,” “Member”) agree to these Terms and to the QRV Privacy Policy at qualityrvresorts.com. If you do not agree, do not enroll.
These Terms include a binding individual arbitration provision and a class action waiver in Section 13. Please read that section carefully.
Participation is also subject to the rules, rental agreements, and reservation policies of each QRV resort. Where these Terms conflict with a signed rental or site agreement, the signed agreement controls as to your stay and these Terms control as to the Program.
1. Definitions
- Eligible Spend — amounts paid on a Qualifying Reservation or Qualifying Purchase in the categories listed in Section 5.2, excluding everything listed in Section 5.3.
- Member Account — the account created at enrollment and used to track Points, tier status, and Program activity.
- Participating Resort — all QRV-owned and QRV-operated resorts and parks. The current list is published at qualityrvresorts.com and may change as properties are added or removed.
- Points — the promotional loyalty currency issued under the Program. Points are not property, have no cash value, and are governed by these Terms.
- Qualifying Reservation — a reservation booked directly with QRV through qualityrvresorts.com or by contacting a Participating Resort directly, held in the Member’s name, on which the Member is a registered occupant, and which is not cancelled, disputed, or charged back.
- Reward — a QRV gift card issued through Factor4 when a Member’s Points first become redeemable under Section 6.2.
- Tier — a Member’s level, either Gold (free) or Platinum (paid).
2. Eligibility and Enrollment
- Membership is open to individuals 18 years of age or older who provide a valid name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address.
- Enrollment is completed at qualityrvresorts.com, through the portal at book.qualityrvresorts.com, or at a Participating Resort office. At enrollment you must affirmatively accept these Terms, and Platinum applicants must separately authorize recurring annual billing.
- Consent to marketing email and text messages is collected separately from enrollment and is not a condition of membership. Message and data rates may apply to text messages; reply STOP to opt out.
- One Member Account per person. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under a different email address by the same individual — may be consolidated into one account or closed and their Points forfeited.
- Only one Member Account may earn Points on a given reservation.
- Membership is limited to personal, recreational, or residential use. Accounts used for commercial booking, brokering, resale of stays, or third-party booking services are not eligible and may be closed.
- Employees of QRV and their immediate family members are eligible to earn and redeem Points on stays they pay for. Complimentary, comped, and employee-rate stays do not earn Points.
- Membership is void where prohibited by law.
- Members are responsible for keeping their contact information current. QRV is not responsible for Rewards or notices that do not reach a Member because of outdated information.
3. Membership Tiers
3.1 Gold (Free)
- Earns 1 Point for every $2 of Eligible Spend, rounded down to the nearest whole Point.
- Access to member promotions and special offers as made available by QRV.
- No annual fee. Subject to the inactivity provisions in Section 9.
3.2 Platinum ($49 per year)
- Earns 1 Point for every $1 of Eligible Spend, rounded down to the nearest whole Point.
- One-time welcome bonus of 1,500 Points, posted after the annual fee payment posts.
- The welcome bonus is limited to one per individual for life. It is not reissued on renewal, on downgrade and re-upgrade, or on opening a new account under a different email address.
- The Platinum benefits described in Section 7, available only while the membership is paid and in good standing.
Tier benefits are not retroactive and Points are not recalculated when a Member changes tier. Points earned at the Platinum rate are retained if a membership lapses, but Platinum earning and Platinum benefits stop at the moment of lapse.
4. Platinum Fee, Renewal, and Cancellation
- The Platinum fee is $49 per membership year, plus applicable tax, charged at enrollment for a term of twelve (12) consecutive months.
- Automatic renewal. Platinum memberships renew automatically each year at the then-current fee, charged to the payment method on file. QRV will send notice of renewal and of any fee change at least thirty (30) days in advance to the email address on file.
- Cancellation. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through the portal at book.qualityrvresorts.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not shorten the current paid term.
- Refunds. The annual fee is non-refundable, except that a Member may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of initial enrollment or of a renewal charge, provided no Platinum benefit has been used and no Points have been redeemed during that period.
- Effect of a refund. If the annual fee is refunded, the 1,500-Point welcome bonus and any Points earned at the Platinum rate in excess of the Gold rate during that term are reversed. If those Points have already been redeemed, Section 6.16 applies.
- Failed payment. If the renewal fee cannot be collected, Platinum status ends immediately and the Member Account converts to Gold. There is no grace period. Previously earned Points are retained. Platinum status resumes when payment is received.
- The annual fee buys access to Program benefits only. It is not a deposit, a credit toward any stay, or a guarantee of site availability.
5. Earning Points
5.1 Rates
Gold Members earn 1 Point per $2 of Eligible Spend. Platinum Members earn 1 Point per $1 of Eligible Spend. Daily, weekly, and monthly stays earn at the same rate, based on dollars spent. Partial dollars do not earn partial Points, and Points are issued in whole numbers only.
There is no monthly or annual cap on Points earned.
The earning rate applied is the Member’s tier status on the date the Points are awarded. Points already awarded are not recalculated if the Member later changes tier.
5.2 What earns Points
- RV pad rent
- Lodging rent
- Golf cart rentals
- Mini mart purchases
- Bonus Points offered under a specific promotion, subject to that promotion’s terms.
Points are earned on reservations booked directly at qualityrvresorts.com or by contacting a Participating Resort directly. Reservations made through third-party booking sites, online travel agencies, or discount clubs do not earn Points.
Golf cart rentals and mini mart purchases earn Points only when they are charged to the Member’s reservation during the Member’s own stay on a Qualifying Reservation. Purchases not charged to a Qualifying Reservation do not earn Points.
Points are earned on discounted stays, price-matched rates, referral offers, and other promotional rates unless the specific promotion states otherwise. There are no blackout dates.
Member Stay Requirement. A Member earns Points on a Qualifying Reservation only if the Member is a registered occupant and personally stays in the reserved site or unit during the dates for which Points are earned, regardless of who pays. Being listed on a reservation, booking a reservation, or paying for another guest’s stay does not independently qualify a Member to earn Points.
A Member may earn Points on only one site or unit per night. Points will not be awarded to that Member for additional concurrent reservations or sites or units occupied solely by other guests. Each Qualifying Reservation may earn Points for only one Member account.
QRV+ may verify occupancy and withhold or reverse Points awarded for stays that do not meet these requirements.
5.3 What does not earn Points
Eligible Spend excludes:
- Laundry.
- Electricity, water, sewer, propane, and other utility or metered charges, and any utility administration fee.
- Taxes, resort fees, and government-imposed charges.
- Security deposits, refundable deposits, and any amount later refunded, credited, or reversed.
- Cancellation fees, no-show charges, early-departure charges, late fees, damage charges, pet fees, cleaning fees, and fines or penalties.
- Storage fees and third-party services billed or provided by a third party.
- Gift card purchases, and any portion of a transaction paid with Points, a Reward, or a QRV credit.
- The $49 Platinum annual fee.
- Complimentary, comped, employee-rate, barter, and group-contracted stays.
- Reservations booked through any third party.
- Any charge that is cancelled, disputed, or charged back, and any amount that is not paid or that is refunded for a cancellation or early departure.
5.4 Posting, matching, and corrections
- When Points post. Points are not issued when a reservation is booked, when a payment is made, or at check-in, and paying in advance does not speed up earning. For stays of fewer than thirty (30) nights, and for any stay booked online, Points post after checkout, generally within one to two days after the checkout date recorded by the resort. For stays of thirty (30) nights or more booked directly with a Participating Resort, Points post at the end of each thirty (30) night period measured from check-in, with a final adjustment at checkout that may add or remove Points to reflect the final amount of the stay. Points on golf cart rentals and mini mart purchases post with the stay to which they were charged.
- Unpaid and refunded amounts. Points are calculated on the Eligible Spend for the stay. If any amount is not paid, or is later cancelled, refunded, or charged back, QRV will reverse the Points awarded on that amount under Section 6.16.
- Holds. QRV may withhold or delay Points, or temporarily lock redemption on a Member Account, while the Member has a past-due balance at any Participating Resort or while QRV reviews suspected fraud, abuse, or a payment dispute.
- Existing residents and previously booked reservations earn Points only on nights stayed on or after October 1, 2026. Nights stayed before that date do not earn Points, even if the stay continues after that date.
- Extended stays earn Points only for nights on or after both the program launch date and the Member's enrollment date. Enrollment is not retroactive. An overlapping thirty (30) night period is prorated to include only eligible nights. The night of enrollment qualifies; dates follow Central Time. The original thirty (30) night schedule is retained, and any final partial period is settled after checkout data is received. For shorter stays, the Member must be enrolled before checkout.
- Reservations are matched to Member Accounts by the email address on the reservation. Members should use the same email address for reservations that they use for their Member Account. If a reservation was made under a different email address, the Member may ask QRV to review it, and QRV may credit eligible Points by manual adjustment.
- Missing Point claims. A Member must request credit for missing Points within ninety (90) days of the checkout date or, for an extended stay, the end of the thirty (30) night period in question, and must provide the reservation number and proof of payment. QRV may decline claims submitted after that window.
- QRV may adjust, reverse, or remove Points at any time to correct an error, reflect a refund, cancellation, or chargeback, or address activity that violates these Terms.
6. Redeeming Points
- 6.1 Value. 100 Points equal $1.
- 6.2 Minimum. Points become redeemable once the Member’s balance first reaches 2,500 Points ($25), when QRV activates the Member’s Reward. After activation, Points may be applied in any amount toward eligible charges, up to the full amount due, and remain redeemable even if the balance later falls below 2,500 Points.
- 6.3 Form. Rewards are issued as QRV gift cards through Factor4.
- 6.4 Where. Points earned at any Participating Resort may be redeemed at any Participating Resort.
- 6.5 What Rewards can pay for. Rewards may be applied to any charge on a Member’s folio, including rent, utilities, fees, taxes, and deposits.
- 6.6 Stacking and combining. Rewards may be combined with promotional rates and discounts, multiple Rewards may be combined on one transaction, and any remaining balance may be paid by another method.
- 6.7 Partial use. An unused balance remains on the Reward and is available for future use.
- 6.8 Points expiration. Points roll over and do not expire while the Member Account is open and active, subject to Section 9.
- 6.9 Reward expiration. A Reward’s expiration is fixed at the time it is issued and does not change afterward. A Reward issued to a Gold Member expires twenty-four (24) months from its issue date, and that date is printed on or provided with the card. A Reward issued to a Platinum Member does not expire. A later change in tier does not shorten or extend the expiration of a Reward already issued. QRV will email a reminder to the address on file sixty (60) days and thirty (30) days before a Reward expires.
- 6.10 No cash value. Points and Rewards have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be sold, bartered, transferred, assigned, gifted, combined across accounts, or bequeathed, including by operation of law or to an estate.
- 6.11 Not property. Points are a revocable promotional benefit and confer no vested rights.
- 6.12 Final. Redemptions cannot be reversed once processed.
- 6.13 Taxes. Members are responsible for any tax liability arising from Program benefits.
- 6.14 Refunds of charges paid with a Reward. If any charge, including a reservation or deposit, paid in whole or in part with a Reward is cancelled or refunded, the Reward amount is returned to the Reward for future use. It is not refunded in cash, not converted back into Points, and not applied to any other payment method. If the original Reward is no longer active, QRV will issue a replacement Reward of equal value.
- 6.15 Lost, stolen, or incorrectly issued Rewards. A Reward registered to a Member Account will be replaced once, on verification of the Member’s identity and the remaining balance. Unregistered Rewards are treated like cash and are not replaced if lost or stolen. QRV may void and reissue any Reward issued in error.
- 6.16 Recovery of redeemed Points. If a refund, cancellation, chargeback, or correction reduces the Points a Member was entitled to earn, QRV will deduct the corresponding Points from the Member Account, up to the available balance. A Point balance will not go below zero. If the available balance is insufficient, QRV will record the shortfall and may deduct it from Points the Member earns in the future. A shortfall does not create an automatic charge to the Member’s folio or payment method, and this section does not authorize QRV to reduce Reward value already applied to a charge. QRV will not recover the same adjustment more than once and will notify the Member of the reason for the adjustment and the number of Points reversed.
7. Platinum Benefits
The following benefits are available to Platinum Members in good standing. Each is a courtesy benefit subject to availability and to the operating needs, safety requirements, and rules of each Participating Resort. Benefits are non-transferable and apply to the Member’s own reservation.
7.1 Better Access
- Preferred Site Request Priority — first consideration for a requested site, location, or site type when one is available.
- Priority Waitlist Access — placement ahead of non-Platinum guests on waitlists.
- Early Access to Availability — an earlier booking window on select dates and inventory, as determined by QRV and varying by resort and season.
- Preferred Renewal and Site Hold Priority — priority consideration when renewing a stay or requesting to remain on a current site.
- How priority is applied. Priority applies only to availability that is not already committed to another guest. It does not displace, shorten, or override an existing reservation. Where two or more Platinum Members seek the same site, extension, or waitlist opening, priority is given to the Member who contacts the resort first.
- No benefit in this section is a guarantee. Site assignment, availability, and renewal remain at the resort’s discretion.
7.2 More Flexibility
- Complimentary Early Check-In and Late Checkout — up to two (2) hours before or after standard times, subject to availability, requested in advance and confirmed by the resort. Not available on sold-out dates.
- One-Time Late Fee Forgiveness — one late fee waiver per Member, once per membership lifetime, up to a maximum of $35. It does not apply to returned-payment fees, utility charges, eviction or legal costs, or repeated delinquency, and it does not extend any payment due date or waive any obligation under a rental agreement.
- Preferred Stay Extensions — priority consideration for extending a stay, subject to availability and current rates.
- Priority Resort Transfer Assistance — preferred consideration when requesting a transfer to another Participating Resort, subject to availability and any applicable rate, deposit, or agreement requirements.
- Reservation changes. The Program does not include complimentary reservation changes. Rate differences, cancellation charges, and early-departure charges apply to Platinum Members on the same terms as all other guests.
7.3 More Rewards
- Exclusive Member-Only Offers and Priority Access to Limited-Time Specials — access to promotions reserved for or released early to Members. Each offer has its own terms and may be limited by quantity, date, resort, or site type. Only one discount code may be applied to an online booking, so Member offers cannot be combined with other discount codes online.
- Bonus Rewards Opportunities — opportunities to earn additional Points through Member bonus-point promotions offered from time to time. Frequency and value are not guaranteed.
- Anniversary and renewal rewards — QRV may offer recognition rewards at membership anniversaries or on renewal. No such reward is offered at launch, and none is guaranteed.
7.4 Member Exclusives
- Member Recognition and Merchandise — branded merchandise as made available by QRV, while supplies last, beginning with a member hat at launch. Items and designs may vary and substitutions may be made.
- Partner offers — QRV may add discounts and offers from travel, RV, recreation, and lifestyle partners. No partner offers are available at launch. Partner offers, when added, are provided by the partner, are subject to the partner’s own terms, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. QRV is not responsible for the goods, services, or conduct of any partner.
7.5 Benefit period
Except for the one-per-lifetime welcome bonus and the one-per-lifetime late fee waiver, Platinum benefits are available throughout the paid membership term. Benefits do not reset annually and unused benefits do not roll over or convert to any other value.
The Program does not include a locked, frozen, or capped electricity rate, and no QRV representative is authorized to offer one as a Program benefit.
8. Program Communications and Privacy
- By enrolling you consent to receive transactional Program communications about your account, Points, Rewards, and membership renewal at the contact information you provide. These are part of membership and continue while the account is open.
- Marketing email and text consent is separate and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting membership.
- Personal information is handled in accordance with the QRV Privacy Policy at qualityrvresorts.com.
9. Account Inactivity, Suspension, and Termination
- A Member may close a Member Account at any time by written notice. Unredeemed Points are forfeited on closure and the annual fee is not refunded except as provided in Section 4.
- Inactivity. A Gold Member Account with no qualifying activity for twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be closed and its Points forfeited. Qualifying activity means at least one night stayed on a Qualifying Reservation, and the twenty-four (24) month period is measured from the Member’s most recent night stayed. Bookings, cancellations, purchases, and redemptions do not by themselves count as qualifying activity. Paid Platinum accounts are not subject to inactivity closure during the paid term. QRV will send notice to the email address on file at least thirty (30) days before closing an inactive Member Account, giving the Member an opportunity to redeem or reactivate.
- Payment disputes. If a Member initiates a chargeback or payment dispute on any QRV charge, QRV may suspend the entire Member Account, including earning, redemption, and Platinum benefits, until the dispute is resolved.
- Account security. Members are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for activity on their Member Account. A Member must notify QRV promptly at reservations@qualityrvresorts.com if they suspect unauthorized access to or use of their Member Account. QRV may temporarily lock earning, redemption, and Reward use on a Member Account while it investigates suspected unauthorized use, fraud, or a security incident, and will restore the account when the investigation is complete if no violation of these Terms is found. QRV is not responsible for Points redeemed through unauthorized use that occurred before the Member notified QRV, except as provided in Section 11.
- QRV may suspend or terminate a Member Account, cancel Points, and void Rewards if the Member violates these Terms, resort rules, or a rental agreement; supplies false information; engages in fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, or resale of Points or Rewards; or engages in abusive, threatening, or unlawful conduct toward QRV staff, guests, or property.
- Membership terminates on the Member’s death. Points and Rewards are not transferable to a spouse, heir, or estate.
- Appeals. A Member may appeal a Point adjustment, account closure, or benefit denial by contacting QRV Points Support at reservations@qualityrvresorts.com QRV’s determination is final, subject to Section 13.
10. Changes to the Program
QRV may modify, limit, suspend, or terminate the Program or any part of it — including earning rates, tier structure, benefits, fees, and the list of Participating Resorts — at any time.
- Notice. QRV will give at least three (3) months’ notice of a material change, and at least forty-five (45) days’ notice of Program termination, by posting updated Terms at qualityrvresorts.com and sending notice to the email address on file.
- Protection of earned Points. A reduction in the redemption value of Points will not be applied to Points already earned before the effective date of the change. Points earned before that date remain redeemable at the value in effect when they were earned.
- If the Program ends. Points stop being earned on the date the termination notice is sent. Members will have the forty-five (45) day notice period to redeem their balances, and final redemption requests must be received by the termination date stated in the notice. During that period the 2,500-Point activation requirement does not apply: each Member may make one final redemption of their entire remaining balance, provided the balance is at least 500 Points. Final redemptions are valued at $0.01 per Point, to the cent, with no rounding. Balances below 500 Points, and Points not redeemed by the termination date, are forfeited.
- If a property leaves the Program. Points and Rewards remain valid at the remaining Participating Resorts. Platinum memberships continue in force at the remaining Participating Resorts, and the annual fee is not refunded on account of a single property’s departure.
Continued participation after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions
11. Disclaimers
The Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRV disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, as to the Program, Points, Rewards, and partner offers.
QRV is not liable for any failure of a third party, including Factor4, a payment processor, or a partner, to honor a benefit; any interruption or error in Program administration; unauthorized access to a Member Account not caused by QRV’s gross negligence; or any event beyond QRV’s reasonable control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRV’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Program will not exceed the greater of (a) the redemption value of the Member’s unredeemed Points at the time the claim arose, or (b) the annual fee paid by the Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. QRV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Please read this section carefully. It explains how disputes between you and QRV are resolved and includes a limitation on class and representative proceedings, to the extent permitted by law.
13.1 Informal resolution. Before filing a lawsuit relating to the Program or these Terms, the Member or QRV must provide the other party with written notice describing the dispute and the requested resolution. Members must send notices to reservations@qualityrvresorts.com. QRV will send notices to the email address associated with the Member Account. The parties will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days after receipt of the notice.
Applicable limitation periods will be tolled during this sixty-day period to the extent permitted by law. This process does not prevent either party from filing an individual small claims action, seeking urgent temporary relief, or making a filing necessary to preserve a legal right.
13.2 Court proceedings; no mandatory arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally, either party may bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration. The parties may agree in writing to mediation or arbitration after a dispute arises.
13.3 Small claims and venue. Either party may bring an individual claim in any small claims court with jurisdiction and proper venue. Other proceedings must be brought in the state courts located in Harris County, Texas, or the federal court serving that county, unless applicable law requires or gives the Member a nonwaivable right to another forum.
13.4 Individual proceedings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Member and QRV agree to bring claims against each other only in their individual capacities, and not as a class representative or class member in a class, collective, or representative proceeding. This provision does not restrict any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived, including any nonwaivable right to seek public injunctive relief. It does not prevent a Member from reporting concerns to or cooperating with a government agency.
13.5 Costs and legal fees. Each party is responsible for its own legal fees and costs, except where applicable law or a court order provides otherwise.
13.6 Governing law and severability. These Terms are governed by Texas law, subject to applicable federal law and any consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived. If any part of this section is held unenforceable, it will be severed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply. If the waiver in Section 13.4 is unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim may proceed in court as permitted by law.
14. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any offer-specific terms are the entire agreement regarding the Program.
- Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Assignment. You may not assign your membership. QRV may assign these Terms in connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of its business.
- No tenancy. Nothing in the Program creates a tenancy, lease, license, reservation guarantee, or right of occupancy. All stays are governed by the applicable reservation policy or rental agreement.
- Headings are for convenience only.
